Objectives of Business Development Manager role:

  • Boost the company revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability through achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Represent our company’s products and services to help establish and maintain brand and value proposition.


Job requirements

Required skills and qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of direct sales experience in either the technology or services sector

  • Experience working with VR/AR

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, with exceptional comprehension abilities

  • Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales process execution

  • Thorough understanding of business fundamentals and value proposition knowledge

  • Proficiency in persuasive communication and negotiation, with a focus on customer satisfaction

  • Strong inclination for inquisitiveness, genuinely interested in comprehending clients’ needs

  • Goal-oriented mindset, persistence, proactivity, can-do attitude, self-motivation, and drive

  • Competitive nature, driven to excel and thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment

  • Emphasis on team collaboration and the thrill of collective success

  • Skill in system creation and utilization for efficient task management, including experience with CRM and other sales automation and prospecting technologies

  • Passion for technology, software, and the impact of social media on client achievement, as well as an ongoing commitment to self-improvement and learning


Would be considered as a plus:

  • Knowledge and experience working with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

  • Experience of studying, working or/and living abroad

  • Knowledge of the second foreign language (German, Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin).


Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell our solutions/services using solid value based arguments to existing and prospective customers

  • Perform cost-benefit and business needs analysis of existing/potential customers to identify opportunities

  • Build and manage a sales opportunity pipeline

  • Qualify and close sales opportunities

  • Maintain current account, contact and opportunity in CRM

  • Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

  • Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives

  • Create, prioritize, and qualify strategic target account lists within a defined industry, develop contact strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business

  • Work with the business analyst, engineering and marketing teams to compose proposals and provide clients with a required solution

  • Process leads and prospects from lead generation channels and existing clients

  • Maintain positive business relationships with clients to ensure future sales

  • Effectively identify use cases for XR solutions and build a compelling business case tailored to the prospect.
